For the Crust:
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of cornflakes, crushed
- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Scoop the vanilla ice cream into four balls, and freeze them until firm.
- In a bowl, mix crushed cornflakes and ground cinnamon. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar.
- Roll each ice cream ball in the egg mixture, then coat with the cornflake mixture. Freeze again until ready to fry.
