  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • For the fried chicken wings:
  • 2 pounds chicken wing flats
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. For the waffles:
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in Fruity Pebbles.
  5. Preheat waffle iron and cook batter according to manufacturer's instructions until golden and crispy.
  6. For the fried chicken wings:
  7. Marinate chicken wing flats in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  9. Dredge marinated wings in the flour mixture.
  10. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  11. Fry wings for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  12. Serve waffles with fried wings on top or alongside.

Use fresh Fruity Pebbles for the best color and flavor; ensure oil is hot enough for crispy wings.
