- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Layer the pepperoni, ham, cheese, bell peppers, and onions evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the meats and add more veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
