Description

Tender chicken bites cooked in a garlic butter sauce, finished with a creamy parmesan topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
