Description
Tender chicken bites cooked in a garlic butter sauce, finished with a creamy parmesan topping.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
