A savory and delightful pasta dish combining tender linguine, a rich garlic butter sauce, and a cheesy beef and Italian sausage topping.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 250g linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g ground beef
  • 150g Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove the meat from the skillet and in the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant. Return the meat to the pan, stirring to combine.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Mix in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
