For the Crust:
- 250g linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g ground beef
- 150g Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the meat from the skillet and in the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant. Return the meat to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Mix in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
