For the Crust:
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, melted butter, minced garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell generously with the lobster mixture. Arrange in a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
