Description

A decadent dish featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with succulent lobster meat, bathed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine lobster meat, melted butter, minced garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff each pasta shell generously with the lobster mixture. Arrange in a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
