Succulent lobster tails basted in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a special dinner.

- 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping at the tail.
- Gently pull apart the shell and loosen the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
Notes
For the best flavor, use fresh garlic and serve immediately. Pair with a side of steamed vegetables.
