Description

Succulent lobster tails basted in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a special dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping at the tail.
  3. Gently pull apart the shell and loosen the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh garlic and serve immediately. Pair with a side of steamed vegetables.
