Description

A savory fusion of tender garlic butter steak bites and creamy mac & cheese for a satisfying dish.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat and add the steak cubes. Cook until browned on all sides and cooked to desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine. Gently fold in the steak bites.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
