Description

A delightful dish featuring juicy steak bites cooked in a garlic butter sauce, served over a bed of creamy Parmesan pasta.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook until browned on all sides. Remove steak from skillet.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add garlic to the skillet. Sautรฉ for 1 minute, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce is creamy.
  4. Return the cooked pasta and steak to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
