For the Crust:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook until browned on all sides. Remove steak from skillet.
- Lower the heat to medium and add garlic to the skillet. Sautรฉ for 1 minute, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce is creamy.
- Return the cooked pasta and steak to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
