Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with a creamy spicy Cajun Alfredo pasta make for a mouthwatering meal.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 10 oz twisted pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the steak bites. Cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter. Sautรฉ garlic for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Toss in cooked pasta, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing everything to combine well. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
