Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with a creamy spicy Cajun Alfredo pasta make for a mouthwatering meal.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 10 oz twisted pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the steak bites. Cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter. Sautรฉ garlic for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Toss in cooked pasta, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing everything to combine well. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
