Description

A delicious fusion of tender steak cuts and cheese ravioli tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb steak cuts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak cuts to the skillet and cook until browned and done to your preference.
  4. Toss the drained ravioli with the garlic butter and steak mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
