- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Add steaks to the skillet and cook to desired doneness.
- In a separate pot, cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and Parmesan until creamy.
- Toss cooked rigatoni in the sauce.
- Serve steak with pasta and garnish with parsley.
