Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and add garlic; cook until fragrant.
  3. Add steaks to the skillet and cook to desired doneness.
  4. In a separate pot, cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and Parmesan until creamy.
  6. Toss cooked rigatoni in the sauce.
  7. Serve steak with pasta and garnish with parsley.
