- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, top with minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- While chicken bakes, boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
