Description

Crispy baked sweet potato wedges seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese for a flavorful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking and pat dry.
