Description

These bite-sized treats feature a rich blend of German chocolate and pecan pie flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • For the crust: 1 pre-made pie crust dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Stir in the flour, salt, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles to fit the mini muffin tin.
  5. Press the crust circles into the tin and fill each with the chocolate pecan mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Serve warm for the best texture.
