- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For the crust: 1 pre-made pie crust dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the flour, salt, pecans, and chocolate chips.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles to fit the mini muffin tin.
- Press the crust circles into the tin and fill each with the chocolate pecan mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Serve warm for the best texture.
