Description
Festive Rice Krispie treats flavored with gingerbread spices for a quick holiday dessert.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 ounces marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Mix in ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares.
- If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
