A festive twist on classic Rice Krispie treats with gingerbread flavors.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Mix in the ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
