Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Layer each chicken breast with a slice of ham and Swiss cheese, then roll up tightly.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Place the rolled chicken breasts in the center of the dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the chicken.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
  8. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
