Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe golden pears, sliced
  • 150g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F if toasting nuts separately.
  2. Arrange the sliced golden pears in a circular wreath shape on a large platter.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese evenly over the pears.
  4. Add the toasted walnuts on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey over the entire wreath.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
