- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the caramel sauce until fully combined.
- Mix in the rice krispies cereal and graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
