Description

Decadent cupcakes with a molten peanut butter center, perfect for chocolate and peanut butter lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter.
  5. Add a spoonful of peanut butter in the center of each.
  6. Cover with more batter until liners are 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted shows a gooey center.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder. Ensure the peanut butter is at room temperature for easier handling.
