Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and slice the cucumber into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Cut the feta cheese into 1-inch cubes. Wash the mint leaves and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Assemble the skewers: Thread one cucumber slice, one feta cube, one mint leaf, and one cherry tomato onto each skewer or toothpick.
  3. Season and drizzle: Lightly drizzle the assembled skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
