Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the green olives, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
