Description

A flavorful dip combining green olives and feta cheese for a Mediterranean twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the green olives, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
