Description

A creamy dip featuring green olives and feta cheese, perfect for appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, green olives, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
