Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine shrimp, zucchini slices, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  2. Thread shrimp and zucchini onto skewers. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp is opaque and zucchini is tender.
