Description

These adorable no-bake treats are made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, dipped in green candy melts, and topped with a tiny red heart. They’re the perfect festive and easy dessert for the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 (14.3 oz) package Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 oz) bag green candy melts
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning)
  • Mini red heart sprinkles or red M&Ms

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Place the entire package of Oreos (filling included) in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. Alternatively, place cookies in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese. Mix until a uniform, thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the green candy melts according to package directions, stirring in coconut oil if needed to thin the consistency for dipping.
  5. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each frozen ball into the melted candy, tapping off the excess. Return to the parchment paper and immediately place a mini red heart sprinkle on top to resemble the Grinch’s heart.
  6. Allow the candy coating to set completely at room temperature before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
