Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add the minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli, stirring well.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.

Notes

For a healthier option, use lean ground beef and add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots. Serve over rice or noodles.
