- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add the minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli, stirring well.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean ground beef and add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots. Serve over rice or noodles.
