- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautรฉ until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
