Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautรฉ until softened.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
