- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
