Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
