Description

A delicious and comforting casserole made with ground beef and topped with crispy tater tots.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen tater tots

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until beef is browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, frozen vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef mixture, then arrange the tater tots on top in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
