  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained pineapple and vanilla pudding mix until well blended.
  2. Fold in the shredded coconut gently until evenly incorporated.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
