  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300ยฐF (150ยฐC) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the mixed dried fruit, brown sugar, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
