Description

A savory hibachi-style dish featuring grilled steak and shrimp served with flavorful fried rice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced
  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, onions)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to one side and add eggs; scramble until cooked.
  4. Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a separate pan, grill steak slices for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  6. Add shrimp to the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  7. Combine all ingredients on a plate and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and adjust seasoning to taste.
