Ingredients

- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sautรฉ until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and mix in Greek yogurt and spinach leaves until creamy and spinach wilts.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy your high-protein meal.
Notes
For extra protein, add more beef or top with cheese. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
