Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef bites.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Pour over the beef.
  3. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
  5. Stir occasionally and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
