- 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef bites.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Pour over the beef.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
- Stir occasionally and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
