- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup refried beans
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Place one tortilla on a baking sheet and spread with refried beans.
- Layer with seasoned beef and another tortilla; top with cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomato, olives, and sour cream.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Serve immediately for the best texture.
