A tasty homemade pizza inspired by Mexican cuisine, featuring layers of seasoned ground beef, cheese, and fresh toppings on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Place one tortilla on a baking sheet and spread with refried beans.
  4. Layer with seasoned beef and another tortilla; top with cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomato, olives, and sour cream.

Notes

For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Serve immediately for the best texture.
