Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 8 ounces chocolate coating

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, corn syrup, water, and peppermint extract until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a surface dusted with powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into circles.
  4. Place the circles on a baking sheet and let them dry for about 2 hours.
  5. Melt the chocolate coating and dip each patty, then let set.
