- 8 ounces chocolate coating
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, corn syrup, water, and peppermint extract until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a surface dusted with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into circles.
- Place the circles on a baking sheet and let them dry for about 2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate coating and dip each patty, then let set.
