Description

A delicious cheesecake inspired by the popular Samoa cookie, featuring chocolate, coconut, and caramel flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup coconut flakes, toasted
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour mixture over crust; bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  5. After cooling, spread caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with toasted coconut and chocolate chips.
