For the Crust:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup coconut flakes, toasted
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC).
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Pour mixture over crust; bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- After cooling, spread caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with toasted coconut and chocolate chips.
