Description
A classic dessert with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and fresh strawberries.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set.
- Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Top with strawberries before serving.
Notes
For a variation, add strawberry jam to the topping.
