Ingredients

- 2 black tea bags
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Optional: a pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the tea bags and cinnamon stick, and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla extract.
- In a separate pot, heat the milk until steaming, then add it to the tea mixture.
- Strain into mugs and serve hot.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute almond milk. Adjust sweetness to taste.
