Description

A hearty beef meatloaf topped with a sweet and tangy glaze, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
