- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
