- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Layer half of the phyllo sheets in the pan, brushing each with melted butter.
- Mix nuts and cinnamon; spread half over the phyllo layers.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs and vanilla, then pour over the nut layer.
- Add another layer of phyllo and nuts, then bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Drizzle with honey while warm and let cool before serving.
Notes
For a crispier texture, ensure phyllo is handled quickly to avoid drying out. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
