- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey, mixing well.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
