For the Crust:
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add carrots and toss to coat.
- Spread carrots on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and glazed. Garnish with parsley before serving.
