- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly gooey.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
Notes
For the best results, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
