Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with grated cheddar cheese, and bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu and use vegetable broth.
