Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the peanut butter, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk until creamy, then spread over the cake.
