Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 200g dulce de leche or caramel sauce
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 100g Twix bars, chopped
  • 200ml heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the base of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the dulce de leche and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the whipped heavy cream gently to keep it airy.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped Twix bars over the top and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. For a twist, add a layer of chopped nuts.
