Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 200g dulce de leche or caramel sauce
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g Twix bars, chopped
- 200ml heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the dulce de leche and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the whipped heavy cream gently to keep it airy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle the chopped Twix bars over the top and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. For a twist, add a layer of chopped nuts.
