A richly decadent brownie cake topped with marshmallows, nuts, and chocolate chunks for a delightful treat.

For the Crust:
- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 250g caster sugar
- 100g plain flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 3 large eggs
- 100g mini marshmallows
- 75g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
- 75g chocolate chunks
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) and line a 20×20 cm baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and eggs, whisking until the batter is smooth. Pour into the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges look set. Remove from oven and scatter marshmallows, nuts, and chocolate chunks on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden. Allow to cool before slicing.
