For the Crust:
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border along the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log shape, pinching the edges to seal. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
